Personal information: email address and login credentials, including email/password or Google Sign-In.

User-generated content: focus session data, notes, journal entries, goals, priorities, reflections, and voice recordings created for identity or motivation purposes.

Usage and activity data: focus sessions, breaks, app interactions, feature usage, and data needed for focus protection features.

Device permissions:

• Microphone for recording motivation messages.
• Notifications for focus reminders and alerts.
• Accessibility or app usage access for distraction blocking.
• Alarm or exact alarm access for focus sessions and schedules.
• Storage for screenshots or attachments when needed.

2. Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to understand app usage and improve performance. Analytics data is used to improve the product experience.

We do not use ads, advertising identifiers, or third-party ad SDKs.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain core app functionality.
• Securely sync data across devices.
• Improve performance and usability.

• Send essential app-related notifications.

4. Data Sharing

Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers. Data is shared only with trusted service providers, such as Firebase, when required to operate the app.

Focushala is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

You can delete your Focushala account from the app by going to Settings, opening Privacy Policy, and tapping Delete Account. More details are available on our Delete Account page.
